"Hampton Inn - Today is my 30th wedding Anniversary. My family and I plan to celebrate with a dinner at El Cholo restaurant in Los Angeles. Last evening, after checking in at the Arcadia Hampton Inn, I inadvertently left a bag containing my wallet, camera, GPS, sunglasses, etc. at the business computer center. Imagine my panic this morning when I discovered it was not in my possession.
Fortunately for me, someone on the night staff, who I only know as David, turned the bag into the front desk (all content intact!). What may seem like a simple act of honesty to him meant the different between my family having a thoroughly enjoyable stay in the Los Angeles area and a trip disaster that you re-live as one of the worst time of your life.
I want to say thank you and pass along to anyone in Hampton management that this is obviously the type of character values you cultivate. We have long been Hampton fans and my daughter insists it be the only hotel we use. Your service is second to none and this experience only confirms that. I do wish that there would be a way that I could personally thank David for his kind action.
We are from Ohio and tonight will be a wonderful 30th anniversary celebration for us at El Cholo. Had I not recovered the camera and the pictures, my wife warns that it could have been my last anniversary." -Todd Brooks
